How do I cancel my reservation?

Cancelling your reservation is very simple, you can just send us a direct email stating that you would like your reservation to be cancelled and we will take care of it. Please keep in mind that every reservation has a cancellation policy that must be respected in order to avoid a cancellation penalty. We will always provide you with the cancellation policy and deadline when making a booking.

What does being flagged as a VIP mean?

Once the booking is confirmed, we will reach out to our partners on property in order to flag you as a VIP client. This recognition often leads to exclusive upgrades and welcoming amenities, ensuring you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive.

Do you handle payments?

We never take any payments directly from you. All payments are between the hotel and you. If your reservation is a guarantee the hotel will only ask for payment at check-out. If your reservation requires a deposit you will be required to do so in order to confirm the reservation. We will always let you know if your reservation requires a deposit or not at the time of booking.
